Everyone around us is somehow engaged with social media either it be facebook,instagram or even youtube.
Social media are the internet systems that allow customers to create content material and share data. With Social media,we are just a few clicks away to access the unknown things.
Like the two sides of a coin, Social media too has two sides.It depends on how a person perceive it.
Social media can be considered as boon because:-
1.We can stay connected with people even from far away places.
2.Social media has become a globalised platform to showcase talents of people.It provides everyone with an opportunity to receive appreciation for thier talent that further boost thier confidence.
Although Social media has connected a lot of people and is making life easy,yet it has its own drawbacks.
1.Social media is considered as addiction.People get so engrossed in social media that they ignore other productive activities.
2.Social media takes a toll on human health be it physical or mental health.
Nowadays the most common problem which is created by social media is insecurities among people.It gives us an unrealistic expectations of life and when in real we fail ro meet with what we expected we become disappointed.When the other users constantly witness a happy and happening life of others,they feel insecured and inferior .This all leads to depression,Low self confidence, insecurity.
Social media can be considered boon and bane as well.It is a great tool if operated with good intentions
