One can not be competent and matured without making mistakes. There is a saying that a real man can be revealed on hard circumstances. Mistakes make one more tough since it bring awareness to an individual about an issue that was wrongly done making him or her to think on the way to overcome the situation and avoiding getting on the same situation again. This simply means mistakes builds smartness or intelligence.
We should not should not stop our children from taking risk since by taking risk meaning making hard desicions fear is overcomed and sucess is brought more close. Fear is the enemy for sucess, one can not be successful if he or she can't overcome the fear inside.
Since fear pushes someone not to make desicions this means you can not get your best when fear is inside. Children with very young age should grow with a mindset and spirit of overcoming fear and learning to take risk, this will make the world a better place for all of us .
