As a typist I am responsible for typing the company documents and materials including reports, correspondence and policies. Check douments for gramma, spellings and punctuation errors under tight deadlines. The duties and responsibilities are as follow:

  1. Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or data based systems.
  2. Transcribes documents from dictated tapes.
  3. Gather and organize typing materials.
  4. Edit completed words for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  5. Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies.

I have the ability to multitask effectively. Strong Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform repetitive task with a high degree of accuracy. I am interested in this job because it will offer me an opportunity to utilize my professional skills in typing and accuracy. I believe in this skills will make me an effectice data entry clerk since they are important in a making a success of this role.
