With my 5 years experience working as a Data officer, i have effective skills and abilities to work on data entry and processing. in addition to im able to monitor and evaluate the data providing the firm with weekly, monthly or quarterly reports in excel or powerpoint presentation . Assertiveness – Intrinsically Motivated individual always striving to look for workable ways to ensure achievement of program planned activities. Innovative - looks for alternative ways to do things when faced with challenges.With my experience I am able to provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying .Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and training arrangements. Futher more ,i also worked as an Admin Assistant which consists both adminstrative works and data entry ,data processing monitoring and evaluation and reporting the data accurately in an agreed format for easy understanding by all involved in a timely manner .
