I have completed my bachelor’s degree in Science Biotechnology. I would like to advance my career while using what I have already learned. During my degree, I performed two different individual research projects such as isolation and identification of microorganisms in processed chicken products and determination of their antibiotic susceptibility and development of PCR amplification for extracted DNA from ghee. These projects were important to me to get a lot of experiences. I recently published an article on the ResearchGate website. My research article topic is isolation and identification of microorganisms in processed chicken products and determination of antibiotic susceptibility. Previously, I have completed an internship training at Industrial Technology Institute (ITI), working on laboratory testing. During that internship, I had the opportunity to improve my leadership skills and presentation skills. I also learned about microscopic observation, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), DNA extraction, antibiotic susceptibility test (ABST) and so on.
