Honestly, I don't have experience in data processing/entry but I know to myself that I'm eager to learn. Currently, I'm working as a real time analyst at one of the best BPO companies and at the same time, I'm a college student taking up BS Industrial Engineering. I got to handled also different accounts like insurance/medical account (voice) and pet insurance account (non-voice).
So, let's get into it. Being a real time analyst, you'll be able to monitor agent's schedule and their adherence. There's a chance that yo will take a report call to clients and also update them hourly about the metrics through email.
Then when I was a customer support, patience and attentiveness must possess. Even though we spoke with the providers or doctors, all of the skills of a CSR must show. I got to check medical records, provider's paid/denied claims, transfered them to designated departments and reviewing patients medical records. And I almost forgot the basic responsibility, checking the patient's eligibility to insurance.
I experienced to use spreadsheet in encoding pet's abnormal conditions, its causes and medications. From voice to non-voice and got promoted, that's how passionate and committed I am.
And now, I'm an engineer in the making.
