currently i am working as a Senoir Accounts Executive in a Micro Finance company and my duties are,
- Preparing Daily Cash Flow Statement
- Preparing Monthly VAT
- Calculating monthly provision of doubtful debt branch wise.
- Managing Payroll with MSL (Salary)
- Managing Inter Accounts Online fund Transfers
- Loan disbursement fund transfers & Uploading Paymaster to the bank.
- Communicate the falling due/ overdue debtors with Recovery Dep.
- Managing all cheque payments of Rent, Utility, mobile, internet and etc.
- Supporting for Ledger Balancing and other Financial Matters.
- Liaison with auditors, banks etc.
- Managing Main Petty Cash & Branch Petty Cash.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Submission of Insurance claim forms to Ceylinco Insurance
- Preparing Staff over Time, Travelling Claim and Subsistence.
