What is a regular lifestyle? Well, many people don’t know what a regular lifestyle is like. A regular lifestyle means that you can prioritize what is important to you, so that in the end you can make free time.
Firstly, doing regular exercise in the morning can make our bodies more relaxed and enthusiastic about studying and our bones become stronger and more elastic.
Secondly, consuming healthy foods such as rice, vegetables, fruit, soybeans and milk, these 5 foods we eat every day can make our bodies very healthy and nutritious + our poop will run smoothly because it is easy to digest
The third is to meet the body’s fluid needs, as we drink 2 liters of water every day so that our body is filled with sufficient fluids.
Fourthly, stress is one of the things that is very confusing. The first solution is that you go out of the house to a park or a relaxing place and sit down and think about what the solution is if there is no change. Ask your friends or parents to tell you a story and they will help provide the best solution.
Fifth, getting enough sleep is one of the most important things in our lives because sleep is one of the places for our bodies to rest, namely at 9 o’clock, but there are also those who sleep irregularly, like at 2 o’clock before going to sleep, so they are often tired due to lack of maximum sleep. Good is 8-9 hours
Sixth, reduce the consumption of sugar and salt because consuming too much sugar can lead to diabetes, and salt can lead to high blood pressure, we should just consume it in moderation, like I don’t like sweet food and drinks because they’re not delicious, but I like salty food, but I’ve reduced it.
Seventh, a bad environment, such as a friend inviting us to try drugs, we should refuse and avoid him, the money should be used to buy tickets for Jakarta 48 and basketball shoes.
