I have more then 9 years office experience. I will do all type of work on excel word power point or any other. Typing secret writing in urdu and english also be done.
Preparation of all types of Ex-Sales reports required by the management
Oversee monthly orders/replenishments to ensure timely deliveries.
Generation of Billing Policy of Products (Rate, Discount, Bonus etc.) on MS Excel every month.
- Prepare monthly sales orders and send to all regional distributors.
- Follow up for payment against above sale orders and forward to Finance
- Consistent liaison with Finance & Warehouse for timely release / dispatch of customer orders
- Transmit dispatch orders advise to warehouse with courier instructions
- Address all queries & complaints from distributors and resolve them
- Entertain all queries from marketing & Sales to provide full support
- Ensure provision of sale invoices to distributors & other customers if required by them
- Send monthly ledgers to parties and ensure timely reconciliation with them
- Keep close eye on inventory availability and/or shortages in our production planning
