I am commerce post graduate currently living in Trivandrum. I have 4 years of experience in the field of data entry.

I have worked as a data entry operator for past 4 years. I have acquired expertise to deliver quality work in short span of time.

Here are some of the skills I possess.
1.Typing speed
From my experiene i have gained a good typing speed. I can type 30-40 words per minute easily which I can extend up to 60-70 words. I can easily finish 20-25 pages in a day with a maximum of 50 pages.
2.Verbal and Written Communication skill.
I have enough knowledge to provide quality materials without any grammatical or spelling errors. I possess good communication skill that I can interact with customers, other fellow workers, managers and anyone required.
3.Technical Knowledge.
As a data entry executive you must have good knowledge with computer. I have great knowledge in MS office. I can work well in MS word, Excell, Powerpoint etc. I also have good knowledge in accounting softwares like Tally, SAP etc. As a commerce post graduate I have good mathematical skills too.
4. Time Management.
As a data entry operator a person must be well organised and have a better time management skill. I have the ability to do jobs is less time. I can effectively plan and prioritize works and finish it faster.
