Hi! My name is Rosanna Inoy, 24 years old residing in the Philippines. I am a graduate of BS Psychology but I pursue BPO Industry right after college. And with the skills I have gained through my experiences as a Data Analyst and Customer Service Representative, I can easily outdone the typing job.
As a college graduate, I have attained skills and knowledges about computer as we had computer subjects by then which I was able to pass with a high grade.
As a Customer Service Representative, I was able to handle multiple account. My first account is a travel account which includes booking and scheduling clients for their airline and hotel.
Next account after that is a retail account in which I don't only handle retail but even gadget. I was trained to assist in retail terms, subscriptions (account, music, video), appliances issue (tv, phone, ebook, alexa and etc. ) and books.
My third account is a financial account that includes deep analysis about crypto and trading.
And my current account is a Telco account in which I handle customer inquiries about their account such as billing, retention concerns, promotions, device issue and etc.
