Hi I'm Florence a graduate of Agricultural Economics, I have 2 years teaching experience in a primary school, I love teaching because it's an opportunity to share knowledge. During my period of teaching I discovered that students participates better when their teacher is friendly and open to listen to their contribution, over time I have come to learn how best to motivate my listeners to ask questions, speak their idea and welcome all, modifies them and help improve their confidence both during the classes and when they are outside having similar conversations with their peers they don't hesitate to speak up.
Though my clients mentioned above are children between 8-16 years, I have also learnt how to share knowledge with mature adults during my university days where I also have the privilege to patiently put my course mates through some difficult courses and ensure that all are being carried along. I do my best not to leave any listener behind.
