About this Talent:
- Provide 1-hour math tutorial sessions three times a week to 10 students in grades ranging from 6-10.
- Evaluate students' progress and ability to meet course standards in mathematical knowledge and skills by assessing their academic growth through weekly quizzes and assignments.
- Tutor students on a wide range of subjects including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
- Prepare daily lesson plans based on individual student needs.
- Well-versed in simplifying math concepts while coaching students to think critically to solve problems.
- Helping the students address any academic gaps and needs.
- Helping the students to improve their study skills.
- Working one-on-one with students to assist with homework.
- Develop and implement strategies that lay the foundation for students success.
- Assist with test preparation, homework, study skills and improve note taking.
