Hello my name is Nana Abena Serwah Osei,currently a student at institute of chartered accountants Ghana ,I am 27 years of age and fair in complexion.
My belief that I'm the best candidate for this job is my experience working in some companies in Ghana both for internship and contract purposes.
I was a customer service personnel and supporting staff at Capital bank , a bank located in the Greater Accra region of Ghana
Attending to over 20 to 30 clients a day ,attending to their needs and concerns gave me some experience on the customer service job.
I was also able to do my internship at a construction company located on Accra ,Ghana and the pressure from the clients were in one way or another resolved.
I was able to gain some good networks because of how I spoke to some clients.
If accepted ,I will make sure these clients are treated well and will answer all questions and attend to all needs of the clients.
