I'm Deborah Albert from Nigeria. I studied banking and finance. I have experience working as a casher in a Steel company before graduating from higher institution. Have also work as a Customer Care Agent after graduation for 2yrs+ as an online chat support for a logistic company where I assist customers by putting them through procurement and shipping process also a customer care representative in a telecommunication company ( Airtel Network ) where I help in solving customers telecom related issues and also registration of sim and sim replacement.
I participated in the 8weeks ALX virtual assistant program last year August batch where I gained technical skills around google work space, email management, booking travel itineraries and many other practical experiences
