Hello my self Arbiya Khanum and I have completed 2nd Puc and I carry 2years of experience. We are 4members in the family I have one elder brother,my mom,dad and Me and have experience in international voice process it is into a sales process.there we need to call the coustomer and we need to tell the coustomer that we have a offer for them for the insurance for the Home appliances and we need to tell whole process what are the benefits will the customer and how much discount they will get after telling the process we need to collect the bank details of the customer then we need to send to the client after collecting the first payment from the customer then we will get the incentive.per day we have to dail 500 calls in that 70%calls get connected 40%calls will be answered 10%customer are interested and 5%leads will be converted.this the process what I have work for.......
