Hi,
I have tertiary level education with a BSc. degree in First Class Honours. I am experienced in research and analysis. I have knowledge of how to properly source information and to verify validity and credibility of said source. I have a grade one in the English Caribbean Secondary Council(CSEC) examination.
I have experience in customer service and problem solving. I am also innovative, adaptable and determined which I believe are important attributes to possess. The experience that I have in customer/member services has allowed me to be patient and also listen to the needs to others so that I can provide a solution.
