Hi,
Students are the ones who mostly ask questions and it needs to be answered. Also because they want to learn and have more knowledge of it. So as a teacher I have the talent of giving them enough knowledge with accurate informations. For based on my experienced, as an ESL teacher I observed student most of the time they wanted to ask to clarify things if they don't understand about the lesson.
So I as a teacher for being observant I ask them to ask me a question and after I clarified the topic we end our class smoothly only because the student understand well the lesson all about. With my experiences during my internship days and also as an ESL teacher I learned a lot of different teaching styles.
And I apply it with my teaching strategies through confidence and dedication in my work, I am a hardworking teacher.
