My last experience is to working on ibex 3 years. Some family issue that i resigned ibex. Very good time spent in ibex. Am dealing postpaid and prepared customer in ibex jazz. So i spent very good time in ibex and learn about the services given by jazz to client. Different categories of client in jazz. Bronze, gold, platinum and silver. So my job is to dealing gold client. Basically i provided information about billing related, pakage related and due date and bill related information provided by the customers. First am dealing on prepared bronze category customer now time to time i will perform good and now i will promote on new post now am dealing gold category of clients. Gold and platinum clients makes a profit to company. So this customer were very important to company. Gold and platinum clients issue were resolvee on priorty basis. Thts all my job.
