I am Kennedy Obae Gekonge records officer at kiandutu hospital Nairobi Kenya . A graduate from mount Kenya university which is in Kenya thika general Kago Road . In the university I persuade heathy records management. After graduating I went to kiandutu level three hospital as a volunteer in the department of health records and information department for one year .At kiandutu hospital I was doing data entry where I was entering patient records in the system at out patient department, filing of patients records and retrieving of patients information when needed. My task at the hospital was to !ake sure patient records are accurate and are kept well where they cannot be accessed by anauthorized person.I have 3 years of experience in filling forms since it is my profession. I have worked as a cleark in the Independent Electrical Boundaries Commission for the last election that was held in our country, I also worked in Kenyatta hospital as a data entry officer in the department of health records
