I am Hudson Paul Katumba from Uganda. I am an Accountant by profession for 12 years been working with Ministry of Health and United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA).
One of my main jobs is posting and balancing leadgers and cash books.

I have been involoved in so many surveys both central and upcountry districts especcialy mapping, assesing and action planning for public and private health facilities for the purpose of functionality especially in Reproductive Health Care.
With those excercise I came across and used many tools for develpoment, training and planning for the opurpose of data collecting or collection.
I have been participating in producing data collection tools and also reviewing them in various meetings of stakeholders.
I have occassionaly headed central-level personnel that supported in data collection processes and also orinenting selected district staff on the data collection tools and processes.
Therefore, Data Entry surveys have been common jobs and activities for me for a long time.
