Hello, i am Yashodhara Shahane, and i am analytical driven finance professional with 3.4 years of experience in fund accounting, i am highly meticulous and passionate about NAV calculation. I have technical skill set including fund accounting, nav calculation, proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, i also have soft skills incudes proactive approach, attention to detail, manages miltiple priority, problem solving, communication ( oral & written), quick learning ability.
I have previously worked with State Street corporation services Bangalore as a fund accounting associate, where i was responsible for meeting daily NAV calculation deadlines for 11 funds for EMEA region, i reviewed and varified trade bookings, cordinated with cross-functional team to resolve exception, and ensure proper accounting for financial reporting, i also prepared and reviewed daily operational report and mentored team members while training new joines on daily end- to-end process of NAV calculation.
In addition to my professional experience, i have completed trainings and certification program like CFA institute's Young women in investment program, Financial Modeling from finoption institute, I hold an MBA in Finance from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a BBA in Finance from the same university. I also have a background in Fine Arts from Raja Mansingh Tomar Music & Arts University.
