Hello i'm sonali,
i'm a student of B.A 2nd year and looking for a part time job so that i can earn money to pay my college fee and spend for my needs.
I do have experience in customer service i worked with 2 different organization as contract
i work with falcon force for 3 months contract my key responsibility over there was taking inbound call from Walmart store associate and activate SIM card and mobile phone for customer by taling approvel from at&t department and then approve customer for my end.
After completing contract i joined teamleas pvt. ltd
I used to make outbound calls once call got connected after verifying customer name and some needid information i used to transfer the call to collection department.
I worked in backend process as well my last company name was mantech consultancy pvt. ltd my duration was 1 year over here
My work was to edit photographs which was on rent or sale i need to edit it to make it look better by doing some colour correction in Lightroom and did some photoshop to remover unnecessary items and add sky and grass on the outdoor images and make indoor and outdoor 3D toure.
