I previoulsy worked at a corporate organization. My main role is to supervised Supply Chain department. I am in charge of project management, KPI, people management, training, scheduling and evaluation.
I used to handle minimum $350M commodity bid plans each year, aiming to lower down cost of commodity by at least 10-20%. This is made possible by running auction, negotiation with new suppliers, preferred suppliers or current suppliers. Without compromising the quality of materials and the product ourput.
