In my many years of working, I have learned and improved my communication skills verbal and written, with the main goal of client retention and satisfaction. Thus increasing the company's client database.
I had the opportunity to work with Samsung Kenya as a Customer Service representative for 4 years, I got recognition for achieving my targets and best customer service representative for two consecutive years. Working with Pryor Logistics as a dispatcher gave me the skills and knowledge in truck dispatching and account management.
I have also gained various training in email management, calendar management, project management tools, and CRM software. I am more than ready to implement my skills, being a fast learner am ready to be trained to deliver timely and accurate.
