I have a passion of working with people by giving them a good customer service which I acquired with sunking solar company...I could work and give good customer service to thousands of clients getting these solar home systems both on cash and higher purchase. I could do this by trouble shooting the product Incase of faults or where clients having troubles on making payments I could simply teach them by taking them through step by step the methods of payments.
In case of clients with disabilities eg hearing problem where we can communicate through phone calls I could quickly make a day to visit them and attend to they needs . In my quick response I earned client's trust such that I started receiving calls even from clients out side my portfolio through references from my clients.
I achied all this because of my polite way of handling them even if they upset or even shouting due to de sutisfactory.
