I separate my personal identity and experiences from the larger LGBTQ movement and its visibility in society. I feel frustrated and overwhelmed when i perceive the LGBTQ agenda as being forcefully promoted or imposed on others. However, it’s essential to recognize that the increased visibility and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights are part of a larger movement towards equality, acceptance, and social change.
The LGBTQ community has faced discrimination, marginalization, and oppression throughout history. The increased visibility and advocacy are efforts to address these issues and promote equality.

The Society is continually evolving, and discussions around gender and sexual diversity have become more mainstream. Increased visibility helps create an inclusive environment where individuals can be their authentic selves.

I also take note that not all LGBTQ individuals share the same views or approaches to advocacy. While some might prefer a more prominent and visible stance, others may choose to live their lives without actively engaging in activism.
Although Engaging in open dialogue and respectful conversations has not been really helping to bridge the gap between differing perspectives. It’s crucial to acknowledge the diversity within the LGBTQ community and understand that advocacy efforts aim to foster a more inclusive society rather than forcing any specific agenda on people.
