How do I price my data entry work?
I charge INR 1000 for 500 words.
How long does it take for me to complete a 500-word data entry?
It takes me 2-3 hours to complete a 500-word data entry.
Do I accept bulk orders?
No, currently I work on my own, so I do not accept bulk orders. But if there is enough time to complete the work, then I can accept it.
Those with a tight deadline need more than one person in a team to adhere to the deadline, so as I expand my team, I will be accepting such orders irrespective of the deadline.

Do I do data entry from a handwritten copy too?
Yes, I can enter the data to an excel or word file from a handwritten copy too but it should be clear enough for me to read, to avoid any discrepancies in the content.
Please note that data entry from a handwritten copy might take a little more time for me to complete and submit.
What tools do I use to ensure the accuracy of data?
For the data entry jobs, I often complete them manually but sometimes, for larger documents, I convert them to word and try to copy-paste the content and then edit it to ensure that both the files have identical content.
How many revisions are included in the final copy?
I allow unlimited revisions in the submitted copy though I can assure you that you won't get a chance to ask me for rework as it will be done flawlessly.

What information do I need from you to start working?
I will need you to provide me the source file, and the deadline when you need it to be submitted. Also, let me know the file format in which you need the final document to be submitted. I would like you to be available for taking my call just in case I have a query regarding the work.
Do I provide my work samples to clients?
Yes, I can provide you with my work samples of some of the toughest jobs which I could do successfully in the stipulated time.
Can I manually enter data from a soft copy, if needed?
Yes, I can do this, but the turnaround time for this will be more. Based on what has to be done manually, I can let you know the exact time needed.
How do I price data collection and data mining?
These are covered under the premium package and will cost INR 1500 for every 1000 words.
Do I provide data analysis reports too?
Yes, I do this but only in scientific, marketing, and financial niches only, and the pricing for this will be fixed based on your requirement. So we can discuss it first over the call so I can provide you with a quote.
