As students have extra work from school these days, they tend to be very tired and exhausted after school. I used to have burnouts and anxiety after coming back from school. I'm an 18 year old student, studying in Kochi, Kerala. Being a 12th standard student and the school head girl, we have a lot of other works to do apart from studying.
We have home works, lab records, seminars, project, assignments and other extracurricular activities. Apart from school, I'm a Bharatanatyam dancer too. I attend dance sessions during Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays. I not only dance, I do fabric paintings and I'm good at academics. My hobbies include reading books, dancing, painting, doing DIYs etc.
My ultimate inspiration comes from Sudha Murty, Founder-Chairperson of the Infosys Foundation. I absolutely admire her works and life story. She inspired me to start writing and to enjoy our school life.
Here are some tips that I follow to be productive even after a hectic day at school :-
-Freshen up after 5 minutes from returning
-Write a gratitude journal or dairy while having tea
-Spend some time with your family
-Do prayer (optional)
-Do school work and study
-Have some entertainment
-Eat dinner
-Sleep before 12am
