I on behalf of my faculty congratulate and welcome all of you as dignatories of newly elected Managing Committee.
We are going to start a new and good tradition to welcome Managing Committee. Before proceeding further I would like to pay thanks to the former Managing Committee for patronizing and sparing their precious time for the uplift of college, both functionally and physically. Especially, co-operation, commitment dedication and devotion of President Mian Muhammad Ehsan sb and Convener Education Committee Prof. Rana Muhammad Ramzan sb alongwith Education Committee was matchless. They have put the college on right track. All the political and illdisciplined elements among staff and students have been eliminated. These elements were badly disturbing the atmosphere of college. All these things have been eradicated very wisely. Now there is a condusive atmosphere both for the staff and students and Isha Allah, it will produce better results.
For the first time in history of Federal Science College many revolutionary steps were taken by society, especially the tireless and sencerer efforts of
President Mian Muhammad Ehsan and Convener Education Rana Muhammad Ramzan sb are appreciable.
- Umarah package was introduced for the teachers.
- Promotion policy was revised and reviewed, and maximum number of staff members was promoted on merit bases.
- Principal and staff were given full moral support every time with smiling faces.
- Excellent and exemplary security measures were taken against the impeding terrorism.
- Computer labs have been upgraded with the latest new generation systems.
- Multimedia and full sizes LED have been provided.
- Admission in intermediate classes and shu’ba Hifz ul Quran are being revived.
The most important task of construction of Masjid with the donation of Chief Patron Ittehad Group Muhammad Aslam Ghumman sb is near its completion and it will benefit all of us in this world and the world here- after.
We highly value the ideas of honourable President Mian Muhammad Ehsan sb which he expressed in his speech at Girls Wing that moral lessons should be a part of scheme of studies, keeping in mind the importance of commandment of Allah Almighty promotion of good deeds and forbidding bad deeds, as Quran says (امر بالمروف ونہی المنکر ) we have made it a compulsory feature of our scheme of studies Our students are being educated in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
Character building was ever neglected area, but it was given the utmost importance along with academic improvement of the students because the main objective behind education is to make the students a chacaterful, loyal submissive, follower of Quran and Sunnah and useful member of the society as well as good professionals.
Here I would like to mention the contribution of all of my stake holders, teaching and Non-Teaching staff, PTI Discipline Committee, Exam Branch, Lab Attendant, Computer Operators, Naib Qasids and sweepers who owned the institution and completed all the tasks assigned to them with in due course of time/time line.
