Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls. Data Management: Organize and maintain company documents, databases, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Research: Conduct online research to gather data, compile reports, and assist in decision-making processes. Calendar Management: Maintain and update the team's calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and other logistics for team members when necessary.
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and reports as required. Task Coordination: Manage and track assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are on schedule. Online Presence: Support social media management, website updates, and other online presence-related tasks. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise, seeking solutions independently or in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with online collaboration tools and project management platforms.
