1) Primary responsible for supporting the Executive, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
2) Manage professional and personal scheduling, including meetings, appointments, events, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
3) Perform administrative and virtual support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, document creation and maintenance of Notion and Google Workspace filing system and contact database
4) Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
5) Organize team communications and plan events, both virtually and onsite
5) Planning and coordinating travel arrangements
