My name is Deborah. I'm currently a student studying History. Even from my course of study one would imagine how much i like writing. i write so many articles especially when it involves trending topics that people would love to get engaged with. Here is a sample with an article on the impacts of AI on our daily lives and industries.
AN ARTICLE ON THE IMPACTS OF AI ON OUR DAILY LIVES
We are in a global village known by all and so as expected a lot of people would want to either follow the crowd or make sure that they are part of this generational movement. so, as the world is moving forward, the impacts of this great factor needs to be emphasized.
Well, first as expected, we will talk about how it has made work faster and easier. Before, we would usually need to research from libraries, archives on important topics searching hours and hours for something as tiny as probably the father of realism, but now with the efficiency that AI provides, I can pull out my laptop or my phone and search on ChatGPT, who is the father of realism? And within seconds, it provides the answer.
Apart from educational information, robots are also being invented. Wow, what a life changer! Those activities that we needed to stress ourselves to do is now being done by these AI assistants who do it effortlessly. Imagine an assistant who you don't have to pay doing your own chores? I'm sure you would love that. This would be very helpful to some people in the category of "being lazy to do their own work".
As much as these AI technologies help, they also prove to be disadvantageous to humans and the environment. Firstly, remember when I was talking about the education aspect, yes, some students who actually use AI become lazy and even simple homework that they can do in just minutes, they hand them over to AI which can relatively reduce their attention span and also cause a decline in their academic abilities or capacities.
Secondly, I believe that the use of robots can trigger job losses in the labor market. If AI can do all the work, then where will humans stand in the labor force. Imagine all human being unemployed and robots taking over with humans having no means to earn a living. That would be terrible to society and hence another disadvantage.
All this doesn't mean AI shouldn't be used but it proves one thing which is; when we use something, we are to use it moderately to avoid letting it become more of a disadvantage than what was intended (its advantages).
