Hi! I'm Sean Falculan. I'm currently aspiring to be a free lance writer and hoping that I can be given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and do more with what I currently have. Typing speed of 60 wpm with a error rate of 98%. Skilled in computer related programs and softwares. 

Fluent english speaking and writing. Able to learn stuff right away just give or take around 15mins and a few trial and errors. Able to think outside the box and finish work on a timely manner to avoid any unresolved task. Bottom line is I hate to have a job assigned to me left unfinished since I already got the task why not finish it early and get a new one and one of my pet peeve is not being able to finish what I started. My educational background is I graduated as a Computer Engineer last 2020. Then tried to find work related to my course but that was such a huge pain since bills kept on piling and piling so i took the first job that hired me which was a BPO job. 

At first i was scared since i dont know how it worked but was able to get the job and manage to stay with the company for 1yr and 6 months. Then went on to do the same since i really like talking to people and helping them.

There are three courses of action that have been identified after a careful analysis based on strategic frameworks. Fortify and Enhance Current Operations. The first direction implies remaining on the course but in the now refocused branches with new emphasis on service delivery, productivity, and personnel growth. In terms of SWOT this decision is strongly based on the current strengths of Persona, which is the brand name and its loyal customers. The most important benefit in this case is low investment risk. However, the biggest disadvantage is that it may stagnate. Since our PESTLE analysis reveals that the existing Dhaka and Chittagong markets are already saturated, this low-risk strategy can constrain growth and expose Persona to the risks of competitors taking advantage of new opportunities. Measured Expansion into Second-Tier Cities with Service Diversification. The second course is a more moderate course. It entails a gradual entry into other cities such as Sylhet and Khulna as well as into the offerings of the already existing sub-brands. The strategy aims at capturing the opportunities that have been exposed in our analysis, the increased disposable incomes in the emerging cities. The new services would also be rated as stars through the BCG matrix, which would also experience a high growth in these new markets. Although this might be difficult to manage quality in various places and new investments of infrastructure may be challenging, this is the way forward to sustainable growth without excessive risk. Bold Diversification and Global Reach. The third, the most radical version, can be to pursue a significant growth via franchising, launching a branded product line or expansion outward to other markets in South ia. That approach would put Persona at a competitive disadvantage against innovative competitive forces and culture as discussed in the Five Forces model by Porter. It is a very dangerous strategy, which requires essential financial investment and is unable to be performed on the current operational basis of the company. Evaluation: Though Option 1 would seem safe, it has the possibility of stagnation risk, whilst Option 3 would be regarded as an overly risky option without a more ample ground base. The solution that maximizes growth and risk that can be managed is therefore that which is a balance between the two: Option 2.

Social media is one of the most useful and engaging tool for communication and interactions nowadays without physical contact, this platform is commonly used by most people, especially the teenagers in this generation. Although it can offer a wide range of benefits like, sharing and developing ideas with people, connecting and building relationship through the social environment, the use social media has a downside, and can cause harm wether in your mental, physical and emotional health. 

This platform is interesting and very helpful to connect with people instantly, with just one click your message, inquiry and many more will be sent immediately wherever you are in this world, that's why almost everyone engages in social media, but behind all of the good things it can offer, not everything is perfect, there will always be something that we can't predict nor identified. 

The people that are mostly affected by this circumstances are the teenagers, given to their ages they can't handle their emotion and how they should respond yet when they've recieved backhanded compliments , hate and judgment inside the social community, it will lead them to have insecurities and will do anything, even if it means changing themselves and trying to fit in just to be accepted and get validations by people. And it is very heartbreaking that all of this is truly happening now to teenagers, when they should've been having fun and enjoying the peak of their teenage years.

We should help in adressing this issue and create a wonderful social environment where kids, teenagers and all of the people inside this community will have an amazing and safe environment without hate and judgement that will ruin their whole perspective, we should all be kind and be aware that social media is not for harm, stop abusing the power of technology instead, use social media with mindfulness, accountability, and respect.

Healthy living is said to be known by what we eat or drink, but sometimes our psychological well being matters too..

We can be physically okay but how about mentally, we may smile everyday, look like everything is fine but deep down we still have those traumas, those hidden demons we fight, that no one can see. those scars we tend to cover with made up happy faces are what we should really care about because the mind is a powerful place and what we feed it can affect us in powerful ways...

Life is not always fair or nice or bearable but sometimes it's worth living when you think about whom you're living for or when you remember people who put a little smile on your face and made you smile once or twice, then there's that ray of hope that re ignites that strength to keep pushing.

My mum used to always say be patient for your time, don't hurry in life and always be contented with whatever you have.

I've always listened to her until I entered into the higher institution where the battles seemed tougher and the world looked wider.. I made a few mistakes but i retraced my steps and I'm happy today that I always remembered her words and didn't go astray.

I'm just using this part of my life to remember where it all started, to give a few words of hope and to let anyone going astray to remember where they all started
