My name is Nway Nandar. I am from Myanmar.
I am 36 years old woman. My education background is civil engineering. However, I have a mixture of experiences related with drafting, warehouse managing, planning, safety documents, project management. At the moment, I am unemployed. So, I decided to do work from home jobs. And I found that I love typing. I can type well, quickly and accurately.
Below are my job descriptions that I did through my full time employee life.
For civil field, below are my job responsibilities.
· Creating Technical Drawings: Using CAD & Revit software to produce 2D and 3D drawings of civil engineering projects.
· Working with Engineers and Surveyors: Collaborating to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications and standards.
· Creating Project Documentation: Maintaining records of drawings, revisions, and other project-related documents.
· Ensuring Compliance: Reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
· Site Visits and Data Collection: Gathering data from project sites to support drafting efforts.
· Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing potential design or construction issues.
· Maintaining Records: Keeping organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
For Civil QA/QC:
· Material Inspection:
Inspects incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications and are in accordance with project documents.
· Workmanship Inspection:
Verifies that all construction activities, including foundations, reinforcements, and concrete pouring, are performed according to established procedures and codes.
· Documentation:
Maintains detailed records of inspections, including non-conformance reports, and ensures all relevant documentation is gathered and managed.
· Process Monitoring:
Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring, curing, and sampling operations.
· Reporting:
Prepares daily inspection reports, progress reports, and other required documentation.
· Drawings and Plans:
Reviews construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
· Testing:
Conducts or oversees various tests, such as soil testing, compaction tests, and concrete strength tests.
· Compliance:
Ensures all work conforms to the project's Quality Control Plan, approved ITPs, and relevant regulations.
➢ For Project Management/ Construction Management
• Collecting the requirements for new projects from internal team (Client)
• Co-ordination between internal team (client) and contractors
• Following up the quotations.
• Following up the PR, PO, GRN.
• Co-ordination for safety requirements between client and contractors.
• Following up the progress, schedule catch up, quality control on site, safety management.
• Following up the invoice submission, payment to contractors.
• Assisting for controlling progress schedule
• Assisting for construction report (Monthly/ weekly)
• Organization for construction meeting between contractors/ client

• Developing SOPs, Procedures related with work place safety, Risk assessments.
• Providing safety trainings related with work place safety, machine guarding, LOTO, ..
• Implementing fire drill.
• Assisting safety manager for Implementation of the Safety Management, Rule and Regulation
• Implementation for the Material storage area, smoking area, Fuel Storage area, Staff Resting area and others

➢ Implementation for Safe walkway for Office staff.
➢ Promotion for the Safety Awareness.
➢ Providing site and safety induction & other necessary trainings (work at height) for the contractors both in Burmese and English language by using power point presentation.
➢ Reporting safety issues and implementation daily and weekly in English Language.
➢ Documentation for HSE records like man power, work permits, training record.
➢ Attending meeting and discussion about safety issues with contractors.
For language skills,
Other than my mother language, Burmese, I can speak English, I can also read and writ English properly.
I learnt English during my employee life. I had to use English language to communicate with my bosses and other colleagues.
I also learnt English language by watching English songs and movies. I also read English books often to improve my English.
Currently, I am also learning Korean language. Now, I finished the basic level of Korean language.
I am learning Korean via an online class.
I can watch videos daily that is saying me how to write, how to read and how to speak Korean Language. Every alternative day, I can watch a new video for the next lesson. By doing this, I am improving my new learning Korean Language.
For computer skills, I can properly use Microsoft office, word, excel and PowerPoint.
I learnt basic computer skills at a local computer training center at my hometown. Then I have been improving it during my employee life.
For summarize, I have more than 4 years working experiences in civil field related with drafting by using AutoCAD and Revit software, quality controlling on site and site safety control.
I have about 3 years working experiences in site safety.
I have about 3 years working experiences in warehouse managing and planning, including documentations.
Note;
I also have teaching experiences about 5 years during my university life. I taught high school students to get my university expenses, especially Mathletics, Chemistry and English. Some of my students even got distinction in Math and Chemistry. Some joined the same university with me after they have passed the exam.
