About this Talent:

Hello Dear Readers,

I am quite an optimistic person in my approach, so I can confirm one thing that is, me and sadness do not stay together in one room. Things do get tough, sometimes very tough, but it's the will to see a brighter future for ourselves that helps us keeps sailing. I believe happiness shouldn't be an occasional appearance rather a regular phenomenon. Happiness is tough to sell but toughest to generate, so if you are able to keep just yourself happy then you my friend is a winner. You are still a winner if you have to give up on something you really wanted because hey ! Listen only strong people can do that so it means you are not just winner but also a brave human. So in case if no body told you today, I AM PROUD OF YOU, KEEP IT UP.

Don't judge people unnecessarily you are not Simon Cowell at AGT. Let people live happily and you shall be happy too. Being non-judgmental is tough because I know it's human nature, we crave gossips but there is a thin line between gossiping and mental abusing. So be careful, never cross that line. Sometimes criticism brings improvement but that's rare. Let's strive to bring necessary change in society without being a problem for others.

Change is inevitable, the one who resist it are the ones who are afraid of improvement, but from personal experience I can tell you that these changes are very important. We get sad when we graduate and leave our school friends but if we never graduated, we would also miss out on the adventures that life beholds for us. So, don't worry, you will be happy despite all these changes and criticism.

As Mr. Kim Namjoon (leader of boyband BTS) says, " yesterday's me is still me". Don't hold guilts for things you did in past because it's gone now also maybe that was necessary for the YOU of today. Struggles you did are the stories of victory that you will tell your grandchildren so don't panic and also don't loose your heart, you got this.

My Mom is the ardent believer of "People who work hard honestly will win in their lives no matter what !". Hard work is the smart work. If one doesn't works whole heartedly do you really think short cuts will help them ace their work ? Naah, It won't. Being dishonest with your work is like being friends with Satan, it will look all cool in the beginning but at last you won't win. Work done honestly, is the only good work in fact that is God's work.

Content writing services for you and anyone else who has problems

Hi,

My name is Patel Mahetab. I studying in B. pharmacy but I like writing and in my free time I write stories, motivational quotes, poems, poetry etc. Here I post an essay on motivation. Hope you like this.

what is motivation ?Audio jobs

Motivation is significant for the overall growth of your mind as well as personality.

Why motivation is important in our life?

Finding ways to increase "motivation is crucial" because it allows us to change behaviour, develop competencies, be creative, set goals, grow interest, make plans, develop talents and boost engagements.

Why is Motivation the key to success ?

"Motivation" builds determination to achieve something, like losing weight or securing a new job and when you succeed, you fill happy with your result. So, if you continue to motivate yourself and set and achieve new goals, you will generally feel happier than you did before.

What is the role of motivation ?

Motivation is an essential factor that changes positive things in instant action. It switches a great idea into action and can undoubtedly affect the world around you. However, not all are born with motivation. People sometimes have disbelieve in themselves; they often say " I can't do this" or " the timing is wrong" being demotivated means living a life like worn out machine. Your life will become dull without any spark. So, to gain inner peace and satisfaction in life, you must always stay motivated.

Motivation is a force to push you closer towards you dream. If Steve Jobs lacked the motivation to launch Apple, you would not get an iPhone or iPad. It gives you the purpose to live you with a forever smile on the face. Thus, realizing and working on your self motivation skills will make you capable of taking control of different aspects of life. Writing jobs

The critical elements of sleep mediatisation are resilience and optimism. The former will help you bounce back during difficult times, whereas later you will show you a brighter side ahead. This way, you will be able to control your emotions that are holding you back.

You need to locate the right motivation for you to get your spark back. You can find motivation from a wide range of effective sources, for example, from quotes, books, videos, parents, teachers and even nature. Ultimately, you will learn rational thinking to overcome negative emotions when you are motivated in life.

Motivation is also help in making active you in life. You will struggle more to fulfil your goals. A self motivated person always discover a way to understand the issues hindering the path to complete a task. Moreover, they do not require other people's support to accomplish a challenging task close to them.

Hence, motivation is one of the vital factors to be successful in any phase of life. Whether person or professional events both demands the person to stay positive to achieve the goals. As a motivated person, you will always try to push your limits and develop you performance level every day.

Thank you

i-can-write-articles-stories-captions-to-postfor-3000-per-day

I can write articles ,stories , captions to post...for 3000 per day

I have been indulged in writing since 8th standard. It has been a long journey and finally i feel i should start writing for money as i wish for this part of my life to help me build a better future. I have written short stories also but mostly i have had a talent to write songs and poems.

It says here that we must describe our work in 200 words.

Well, i don't have that much to share. That kind of work is exactly why i am here . I am here to create my work, my legacies. Things have never gone my way. I refrained to learn things due to lack of passion. But now things have changed , now i wish to embrace the parts of me that the world will relate to. A personal touch is always what makes your art different. It is my choice to apply for the job, but it is totally your call to let me. I know i have no experience, but in no wat does that mean that i don't know how to do this. I wish to get a chance to prove this. Writing is never about what stories i have to tell. It is about how i choose to tell them . I know for sure you're looking for someone to do things in a unique way. I maybe the guy. Let’s embarkon this great journey together . You help my finances, i help your writing.

an-article-on-the-struggles-of-nairobi-city

An article on the struggles of Nairobi city

The Struggles of Nairobi City Nairobi, Kenya’s capital, is a city of contrasts. It is a place where skyscrapers tower over tin-roofed shacks, where luxury SUVs weave through pothole-ridden streets, and where dreams of prosperity co-exist with daily struggles for survival. For decades, Nairobi has stood as a beacon of opportunity in East Africa—a magnet for the ambitious, the hopeful, and the desperate. Yet behind its reputation as a thriving metropolis lies a deeply complicated reality. Nairobi is a city in turmoil, battling challenges that threaten to stifle its growth, strain its population, and dim the promise it once held. One of Nairobi’s most frustrating and visible struggles is traffic congestion. A city originally planned for far fewer people now finds its roads choked with vehicles from dawn until well past dusk. Commuters spend hours each day stuck in traffic, with little relief in sight. What could be a simple 10-kilometer trip can take over two hours, especially during peak hours. Despite the construction of major roads and the much-publicized Nairobi Expressway, the core issues persist: an overreliance on personal vehicles, inadequate public transport, and a planning system that has failed to keep pace with rapid urbanization. The matatu system—while essential—is chaotic and largely unregulated, while other mass transit options remain limited or inaccessible. The impact of this gridlock is felt not just in lost hours, but in the mental fatigue, economic losses, and increased pollution that it creates every single day. As Nairobi continues to grow, so too does the population of young people who arrive daily in search of work and a better life. However, the reality they encounter is far from the dreams that brought them. Unemployment, especially among the youth, is staggeringly high. Even those with degrees struggle to find formal employment and often end up working in the informal sector—selling goods on the streets, riding boda bodas, or taking up short-term manual labor. The lack of decent job opportunities has created a generation marked by frustration and disillusionment. Without reliable income, many young people fall through the cracks, some turning to crime or drug abuse out of desperation. It's a quiet crisis—one that isn’t immediately visible but has long-term consequences for social cohesion and stability. Nowhere are Nairobi’s growing pains more evident than in its housing situation. As the city’s population balloons, the demand for affordable housing has far outpaced supply. The result has been the rise and sprawl of informal settlements such as Kibera, Mathare, and Mukuru—places where hundreds of thousands live in cramped, unsanitary conditions. These slums lack basic services such as clean water, electricity, proper drainage, and sanitation. People construct makeshift homes out of iron sheets and mud, paying rent to landlords who often operate illegally. While government initiatives have tried to introduce affordable housing, these efforts have been marred by corruption, land disputes, and a failure to scale solutions that work. For many, homeownership remains a distant dream, while daily life in the slums remains a test of endurance. Safety is another major concern in Nairobi. While some neighborhoods are relatively secure, many areas—particularly in and around informal settlements—are plagued by crime. Petty theft, mugging, carjacking, and burglary are common. At night, the fear of being robbed or assaulted keeps many residents indoors. The police, often seen as corrupt and unresponsive, have done little to inspire confidence. Cases of extrajudicial killings and bribery have only widened the gap between law enforcement and the communities they are meant to protect. The result is a sense of lawlessness in some areas, where residents rely more on local vigilante groups than on the official justice system. Beyond crime, Nairobi faces an environmental crisis of growing proportions. Waste management is a serious issue, with the city producing thousands of tons of garbage daily—much of it ending up in rivers, roadsides, or open dumps like the Dandora landfill. These areas are not only eyesores but public health hazards, breeding disease and contaminating the air and water. Meanwhile, the city’s drainage system is poor, and even moderate rainfall leads to severe flooding in many neighborhoods. Plastic waste clogs drains, sewage overflows, and roads become impassable. All of this is made worse by unchecked construction on wetlands and riparian land, often allowed through corrupt deals with city authorities. Nairobi is also a city of deep inequality. While affluent suburbs like Karen, Runda, and Lavington boast tree-lined streets, gated communities, and private schools, just a few kilometers away, entire communities lack running water and proper roads. Access to public services—education, healthcare, sanitation—is distributed unevenly, and those in informal areas often have to depend on NGOs or private providers. This disparity fuels resentment and reinforces a cycle where the rich get richer while the poor are left behind. At the heart of many of Nairobi’s problems is a failure of governance. Corruption is rife within both the county and national administrations. Funds meant for roads, housing, and social services frequently disappear, misallocated or embezzled with little consequence. Leadership squabbles between elected officials and bureaucrats have further stalled progress. Plans are drawn up and then abandoned; projects launched with fanfare often stall or collapse altogether. For many Nairobians, there is a growing cynicism—a belief that government is not only ineffective but fundamentally uninterested in the public good. Urban planning in Nairobi is often reactive rather than proactive. Construction takes place without regard to zoning laws, environmental regulations, or safety standards. Buildings collapse regularly due to poor workmanship or oversight, and illegal developments continue to spring up. With the population expected to keep growing, the pressure on infrastructure, services, and land will only intensify. And yet, despite all of this, Nairobi is still a city of potential. It is a place where innovation thrives, where entrepreneurs build successful startups from scratch, and where people adapt and survive with remarkable resilience. The spirit of Nairobi is unbreakable—but it is being tested. What Nairobi needs now is not just more development projects, but a fundamental rethinking of how the city is run and who
