The Nature Of Loneliness

Loneliness is a human emotion that affects humans , cutting across culture, backgrounds and ages . It often comes with a feeling of isolation, emptiness which is usually painful and disheartening to feel.

It is a negative emotional state that is complex and is often misunderstood by those who are unaffected , Loneliness can appear in several forms such as :

• Social Loneliness and
• Emotional Loneliness, which is most common in our society today .

Loneliness can affect anyone regardless of age, background , culture, difference...These are the factors that contribute highly to the emotional state called Loneliness..

• Aging and health issues
• Social media
• Experiencing trauma or significant life changes can contribute greatly to it
• Mental health conditions such as , anxiety, depression and lots more

Loneliness being a complex and deeply personal issue has a lot of consequences that comes with it ,namely

• Physical health problems such as rise in Blood pressure and weakened immune system
• Cognitive decline that could lead to dementia
• Social isolation

While Loneliness is always a personal complex conflicting feeling, we have ways to combat it and there are :

• Fostering meaningful and tangible relationships
• Connecting with the outside world by joining Social groups, taking part in community activities
• Seeking professional help or support 🤔.

My name is Leena and I am a student. But I want to pursue my writing habit through. So I am opting for this stream here. I want to write any peice of thing including stories, articles, speeches, blogs etc.

Basically I am a student studying in central medical College. After striving very long I reached my position, so I ensure my writings to contain the stories which I have gone through. During the journey I faced many situations and had to tackle them all alone since every thing does not have a solution outside it's sometimes we have to peek into ourselves to find the right option.

I live in the Asia's largest locomotive work place. My place is very small but beautiful. Growing in the lap of nature has been always for me. I although have a house in Village too where my grandparents lives. It is also a very nice place with all the essence of simple life.

Hi there! my name is Nhu Quynh, or you can call me Ellie for short! I plan to study human resource management (HRM), with such a plan, I have the ability to present, understand and communicate people really well. During my middle and high school years, I continuously participated in English and debate competitions. I joined many social networking sites to learn and at the same time develop the following skills: copywriting, storytelling, etc.

As we grow we are always in some phase of life be it a childhood or adulthood. We are always dealing with new phase of life and when we think we have understood the assignment then the next phase hits like a rock.
