what is motivation ?

Motivation is significant for the overall growth of your mind as well as personality.

Why motivation is important in our life?

Finding ways to increase "motivation is cruicial" because it allows us to change behaviour, develop competencies, be creative, set goals, grow interest, make plans, develop talents and boost engagements.

Why is Motivation the key to success ?

"Motivation" builds determination to achieve something, like losing weight or securing a new job and when you succeed, you fill happy with your result. So, if you continue to motivate yourself and set and achiev new goals, you will generally feel happier than you did before.

What is the role of motivation ?

Motivation is an essential factor that changes positive things in instant action. It switches a great idea into action and can undoubtedly affect the world around you. However, not all are born with motivation. People sometimes have disbelieve in themselves; they often say " I can't do this" or " the timing is wrong" being demotivated means living a life like worn out machine. Your life will become dull without any spark. So, to gain inner peace and satisfaction in life, you must always stay motivated.

Motivation is a force to push you closer towards you dream. If Steve Jobs lacked the motivation to launch Apple, you would not get an iPhone or iPad. It gives you the purpose to live you with a forever smile on the face. Thus, realizing and working on your self motivation skills will make you capable of taking control of different aspects of life. 

Work from home jobsThe critical elements of sleep motivativation are resilience and optimism. The former will help you bounce back during difficult times, whereas later you will show you a brighter side ahead. This way, you will be able to control your emotions that are holding you back.

Moreover, they do not require other people's support to accomplish a challenging task close to them. 

Hence, motivation is one of the vital factors to be successful in any phase of life. Whether person or professional events both demands the person to stay positive to achieve the goals. As a motivated person, you will always try to push your limits and develop you performance level every day.

I am an interior design student who is currently pursuing a management degree course online. I have other certification in secretarial skills, project management and virtual assistant. I am seeking a part-time virtual assistant job. I can start work immediately and can type 30 wpm and do shorthand. 

I love to organize and I am also a good time manager. I am flexible, a good communicator and I am familiar with communication software like Microsoft teams, Google meet, slack, zoom, and whatsapp. I have prior experience in sales and customer care. I have also volunteered as a teacher for one year. These opportunities have given me the chance to learn about; customer care, after-sales service, phone etiquette and lead generation.

I love working with people and understand that the first point of contact is important in the running of a company. I also can speak fluent English and fluent Swahili. I am currently learning how to speak French.

My main passions are communication and art. The fact that they are dynamic and fast pace is intriguing to me. Also, I feel that the world can be changed and influenced through communication and art.

As a person and a student that spends most of his free time on social media, I would know the trends easier and faster that would be helpful to your goal. But why would you choose me? : Majority of people nowadays likes trendy, fun, innovative, creative, informative content, and I'm part of the majority, so I know what the target audience would want (of course I can't use "fun" on sad occasions or any occasions that would contradict to the word); Being a person that would wear the target audience's shoes, gives me a quality that others lacked; I also adapt to different work schedule, and can multitask as long as my body allows me; Graduating High School I'm the valedictorian and a president of our room, that experience is proof that I can be an effective leader and still make a quality progress; I work effectively in groups as it motivates me to work with others. I'm good at time management and still be a night owl, I'm eager to learn and fix my mistakes if I do so; Problem solving is not new anymore, that's the reason for job finding right?; I'm also a versatile person if you told me something as long as it's the right and a good thing to do I'll do it eagerly.
