I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Geoffrey Waganda, I come from Kenya ,a nation located in East Africa. I have worked in the cooperate space for now good 8 years. During this period I have reshaped my skills in different aspects. From selling skills, customer care services, leadership, problem solving skills, training skills,listening skills,communication skills,Negotiation skills,Buillding rapport or relationship skills, convincing skills, problem solving skills and decission making skills.
For this period within the cooperate space having engaged with different cooperate entities, in the managerial capacity as lead cooperate sales executive, I have been able to equip myself with indepth knowledge and experience on matters customer care services and selling skills that has moulded me into, more than just a sales person. For this period in time I delved deep into knowlege mining from different materials , inorder to compliment my skills and sink deep my knowledge and understanding in the cooperate world. This made my prowess in selling exceptional and outstanding a midst my colleagues.
With all this gains and in depth knowledge with regards to the subject matter,(Business and support), I step forth to extend my capability to the digital space by contesting for this wonderful availed opportunity by homebase work , to serve in this space in the capacity of a customer care service provider, as a means or a way of supporting businesses through the digital platform. With me I bring along a cocktail of skills to ensure that the clients under homebase work digital platform, that will be assigned under me, will not only be satisfied ,but made to feel that indeed homebase work platform is a place they can trust, confide in and feel at home as well as part of its global family.
Through the skill lenses build in me, by experience I will be keen to ensure ,that I accord perfect understanding to client's needs to accurately identify their pain points or concerns and be able to provide them with sound solution tailor made by the experience I posses and with any guidelines given from homebase works, should such an arrangement be available. Through empathy, I will also make sure that I build rapport and making my clients convinced that their problems are well understood and seriously taken into consideration. Problem solving is very key when it comes to customer care services because largely at given point in time ,there will complains ,and by this, one must be well equipped with problem solving traits. With my skills onboard, I will utilize my experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. In a nutshell I pledge to bring onboard my experience and skills to complement my service delivery into a world-class service to meet the mission ,vision and expectation of homebase work Platform.
As a person I'm a quick leaner, this advantage gives me easy time to adapt to new environment and new ways of operations in new places within new job station. This ability enables me to quickly adjust to your rules, regulations and cooperate culture that guides your operations in digital space, hence it won't give you hard time for induction or impede me from quickly catching up with your values. I'm so passionate to get into new ventures , and always try new things so as to grow my skills in the cooperate space. I'm open to learning new ideas and ways of doing things. Because as a result of this my adaptability won't be difficult.
I really need this job to facilitate me raise school fees for my silings who are now opharns . If I will be granted this wonderfull opportunity to work with homebase works I will really really apreciate so much.
