Pain and human beings have an old relationship. You could say that where there is a human, there is pain, or where there is pain, there is a human. But why can’t this pain be ended or erased? The only way to erase it is for the human to disappear. So, I introduce myself through pain. Anyway, when you don’t know yourself, you think that the world or people are wrong with you, but the reality is that you are wrong with yourself. Isn’t it strange? We often feel that sadness and pain are only our share, but every happiness and pain is connected to our own being. Many times, we inflict pain upon ourselves and even harm ourselves. The story is quite long, but here, the important point is that people don’t give us pain. We ourselves make mistakes with ourselves. Once we understand this… Until then, it is extremely important to know and recognize yourself. The strongest people aren’t those who show strength in front of others, but those who win battles we know nothing about”

My name is Lyster James Dingcong. i am graduated as a Computer Technician for both software and hardware, but I like writing and in my free time I write stories, motivational quotes, poems, poetry etc. but i have an experience in type writing and Remo tasking. so i am a 39 years old and i have a 10 years old daughter. and this is the motivation of my life. Motivation is important in our life because it Finding ways to increase "motivation is crucial" because it allows us to change behavior, develop competencies, be creative, set goals, grow interest, make plans, develop talents and boost engagements.

Motivation" builds determination to achieve something, like losing weight or securing a new job and when you succeed, you fill happy with your result. So, if you continue to motivate yourself and set and achieve new goals, you will generally feel happier than you did before.

Role of motivation ?

Motivation is an essential factor that changes positive things in instant action. It switches a great idea into action and can undoubtedly affect the world around you. However, not all are born with motivation. People sometimes have disbelieve in themselves; they often say " I can't do this" or " the timing is wrong" being demotivated means living a life like worn out machine. Your life will become dull without any spark. So, to gain inner peace and satisfaction in life, you must always stay motivated.

Motivation is a force to push you closer towards you dream. If Steve Jobs lacked the motivation to launch Apple, you would not get an iPhone or iPad. It gives you the purpose to live you with a forever smile on the face. Thus, realizing and working on your self motivation skills will make you capable of taking control of different aspects of life. 

The critical elements of sleep motivating a motivation are resilience and optimism. The former will help you bounce back during difficult times, whereas later you will show you a brighter side ahead. This way, you will be able to control your emotions that are holding you back. 

You need to locate the right motivation for you to get your spark back. You can find motivation from a wide range of effective sources, for example, from quotes, books, videos, parents, teachers and even nature. Ultimately, you will learn rational thinking to overcome negative emotions when you are motivated in life.

Motivation is also help in making active you in life. You will struggle more to fulfill your goals. A self motivated person always discover a way to understand the issues hindering the path to complete a task. Moreover, they do not require other people's support to accomplish a challenging task close to them.

Hi, my name is Nicole Muchiri and I am 18 years old. If I was asked to describe myself as a person, I would say that I am lively, cheerful and very pleasant to be around. If I was asked to describe myself professionally, I would say that I am very passionate about writing. 

From articles to songs, I write it all. Even though I am young, I have accomplished a lot. In 2022, I won an award for my script for a church play. From 2022 to 2024, I had the pleasure of being a member of the school's Editorial Team. It is in this team where I learnt skills such as communication, teamwork and leadership. I got to interview very prominent people in my school. 

I also wrote numerous articles for the team that were published in the school magazine and yearbook. In 2024, I became the chairperson of the Editorial Team and Journalism Club. At the beginning of this year, I took a short course in filmmaking where I learned more about scriptwriting and storyboarding. At the end of the course, I passed and earned a certificate for completing the course. 

As of right now, I am about to start my bachelor's degree in communication in July. All I am asking for is a chance to prove myself as a writer.
